The Benefits of Napping

If you are looking for a way to get more done with your day, try taking a nap. It might sound counterintuitive, but the key to being a productive person might be taking a quick snooze. 

Mattress Nerd found that that those who identified as nappers are more likely to identify as productive people. They were also likely to be happier and more confident. I need to try this technique!

But, as things that are too good to be true remember this: it’s important to note that napping cannot and should not replace a proper night of uninterrupted sleep.
