Kim Kardashian is not about to let anyone, especially a boyfriend, mess with her schedule.

The SKIMS founder highlighted her "fight-or-flight" personality as a key reason that her previous romantic relationships have ended, recalling one specific romance during the season five finale of The Kardashians on Thursday (July 25).

"When someone tells me not to do something that I planned on, I physically get, like, 'You're getting in my way, and I will bulldoze whatever is in my way because you’re not going to tell me to change my schedule.'"

She continued, noting her refusal to accept advice from others leading to "the beginning of the end" of her love story with a partner whose name was censored out of the episode.

"I feel like that’s how I would get in relationships. Like when [redacted] would tell me, 'You work so much, why don't you just take a week off?' I'm like, 'Get out of here!'"

E!News mentioned that The Kardashians star has attended multiple therapy sessions to get down to the bottom of this "trauma response," made worse by her 2016 jewelry robbery in which she was held at gunpoint in a hotel room in Paris, France. Kardashian's therapist referred to the entertainment icon's calm demeanor as "desensitized."

"'You think calm is your superpower. I think you are so desensitized to trauma that you are literally frozen in fight-or-flight.'"

Kim recognized filling her schedule with work as one way she pushes back her trauma instead of addressing it.
