Doing This Can Lower Your Stess Levels

It really is possible to “aww” your anxiety away. New research has found that watching videos of cute animals can significantly reduce your feelings of stress and anxiety. In fact, if you watch these videos for 30 minutes or more a day, your blood pressure and heart rates will go down.

Clinical psychological analysis from University of Leeds found that anxiety levels were reduced on average by 35%, and in some cases by nearly half.
