Spring is here and the temperatures are rising and it's time to get outside! Springfield's stay-at-home order includes an exception to engage in outdoor activity. Springfield is blessed with many of great biking, walking, and running trails and now is the perfect time to walk away from the fridge, close the pantry door, shut off the computer, and go for a walk! (That reminder was directed towards myself specifically but feel free to follow along). Just remember when you're out that playgrounds and their equipment are closed and you need to continue stay 6 feet away from anyone else you see along the way.

Happy Trails to you until we meet again!
