A vegan woman sued her neighbors for barbecuing in their backyard

A vegan woman in Australia has sued her neighbors for barbecuing in their own backyard. Cilla Carden also complained of them smoking and of children playing noting, “It's deliberate. All I can smell is fish. I can't enjoy my backyard." The case was thrown out in February, with the court noting,“"What they are doing is living in their backyard and their home as a family.” Carden’s claims were also rejected by the supreme court in July, and now she’s appealing again, filing nearly 600 pages of documents in her case.
