I suffer from anxiety. But what does that mean?
When your brain feels a little anxiety, it releases a burst of adrenaline. Your body needs this to protect itself. When you have an anxiety disorder, your brain releases this burst of adrenalin at the wrong times. Hence, feeling like you are going to pass out and die at a stop light. That’s always fun.
