Rosie is the brainchild of Rachel Anderson and Paige Oxendine and is a program of the efactory. Rosie helps support, assist and serve as an advocate network for current and prospective female founders, business owners and leaders in the Springfield region. Rosie's mission is to help connect, partner, collaborate, and continue to increase the support and access to resources for women as it relates to professional development, business assistance, and leadership. Membership is free and open to everyone!
