KGBX Women's Show Vendor Info and Forms

IMPORTANT Vendor Notes

All Vendors (unless exempt) MUST have a Business License through the City of Springfield to participate in the KGBX Women’s Show. If you don’t have a current business license with the City of Springfield, you may purchase a Temporary Business License for the show for $5. See Group Sales Event-City License form below. If you are selling product at the show, you must have a Missouri Tax ID number before the City of Springfield can issue you a Temporary Business License. See “Special Notice to Temporary Vendors” below.

NO HELIUM BALLOONS, DUCT TAPE, or ALCOHOL in your booths. The show promoter reserves the  right to remove any of these items from your booth without notice or reimbursement.

The E-plex will be open from 8:00am – 8:00pm for exhibitors to set-up on Friday, February 21st.

Your booth includes:

1-8’ skirted table, 2-folding chairs, 8’ pipe and drape behind your booth, 3’ side curtain walls separating booths, Electricity (at the rear of the booth), Banner Hooks, Vendor Badges for anyone working the booth (picked up at the KGBX table during set-up.) Wi-Fi is NOT INCUDED. It can be purchased from the Fairgrounds directly for $25. Please bring your own dolly, extension cords, power strips, tape, scissors, etc. The E-plex will open at 6:30am for exhibitors on Saturday morning. You must be set up and ready to go by  7:45. Doors open promptly at 8:00am.

There is an early tear down fee of $100.00 if you begin tearing down your booth before 4pm on Saturday.

On Saturday morning, please park to the rear of all parking lots so that your potential clients have the  convenience of attending the show.

We highly recommend that you use the exhibitors lounge to eat your lunch, instead of your booth. There  will be an Exhibitors Lounge in CENTER Hall. Lunch will NOT be provided. You will find iced tea and water  between 9am and 2pm.

All Exhibits must be removed before 8:00 p.m. on Saturday night. If you need special arrangements  after 8:00 p.m., please notify Event Coordinator, Sarah Green, a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the  show. Any items left overnight are subject to a facility charge. Any business not abiding by these rules may  not be eligible to participate in the 2020 KGBX Women’s Show.
